Simon has cross-sector experience and a proven track record in strategic and operational project management balancing the diverse challenges of client requirements, budgets, resourcing, conflicting priorities, and resistance to change, in order to deliver robust and innovative business solutions and complex end-to-end projects
He can successfully manage diverse and/or distributed teams towards a common goal as well as being able to bring his personal experience, expertise and knowledge to bear as an individual contributor to devise and implement solutions driven by changing industry needs
Simon has managed a large number of projects for national, international and global customers including:-ebookers, eDreams/Odigeo, House of Travel (NZ/AU), STA Travel, Travelbag (Dnata) and HRG
