Olga is a seasoned C-suite leader, entrepreneur and consultant with over 28 years of experience as a business director across aviation, travel and professional services.
She began her career with 18 years at Aer Lingus at Heathrow. She then spent seven years as General Manager for Swissport at Manchester Airport and eight years as Operations Director at ITC Luxury Travel.
Olga has built and scaled three successful businesses from scratch. She co-founded The Uncommon Practice and Travel Seen, where she was Chief Operations Officer, and she has been consulting for the past eight years. She is also a Trustee of AVOW (Association of Voluntary Organisations in Wrexham).
Her specialisms include growth strategy and execution, business analysis, change management, project leadership and people development. She is skilled at spotting opportunities, improving processes, and turning complex business change into clear, practical steps.
