Maria Huntsman

Maria is an experienced Programme Manager, Business Consultant and Change Specialist with more than two decades providing Consultancy, operational management and change management services to  CEOs, Boards and senior leaders within companies ranging from SMEs to Globals and FTSE 250s

She combines a unique skill set gained from years spent in audit, risk and compliance,  hands on operational roles managing global business change strategy and programs,  IT systems implementations, and PMO set up and management with over a decade working as a consultant helping businesses to get more value from strategy, innovation, people and technology.

She is trained in executive coaching, culture change and is a certified trainer and facilitator and is just a little bit obsessed with the human element of change. She’s passionate about removing the barriers between ideas and outcomes, keeping business simple and focused and doing less, but better with much greater results.

Over the last 12 years she has worked with clients on a variety of projects involving, culture change, business mergers, complex IT systems implementations, professional services automation  and leadership development.

In the travel sector she has worked with: Carrier, STA Travel, Wexas, Amadeus, Dolphin Dynamics and Datalex. Clients in other sectors include: Estee Lauder, AXA Personal Lines, AMEX, Chaucer, NERC (National Environmental Research Agency) Intec.  Maria has also worked with small business owners, serial entrepreneurs and creatives who are committed to radically changing for the better and are prepared to take bold action.
