Justine has worked within the Travel Industry for over 30 years and she has a track record of successful delivery of business-critical projects, including back office implementations, data and reservation booking migrations, web developments, implementing mobile apps, reporting solutions, business case preparation, process work, analysis, business and technical integration, de-commissioning and separation.
She has also completed large-scale business transformation & change projects, involving people, “as is” and “to be” processes, technology, organisational structures, behaviour and culture across the travel industry both in leisure and the business/corporate sectors.
Justine is experienced in commercial and technical environments including working with GDSs, XMLs, and Online Customer Experience both B2B and B2C and mobile apps. She will work with all 3rd party chosen technology partners.
Justine will help businesses transform their organisations with technology and collaboration, combined with an advanced understanding of IT and the travel industry, enabling her to implement new technology, software and processes that will enable businesses to become more profitable and efficient.
