Celia has worked within the Travel Industry for over 25 years and she has a track record of successful delivery of major projects, including web developments, back office software and application implementations, de-commissioning and separation.
She has also completed large scale change involving people, processes, technology, structures, behaviour and culture across the travel industry both in leisure and the business/corporate sectors.
Celia is experienced in technical and commercial environments icluding working with GDSs, Airfares, Ticketing, Hotels, XMLs, Online Customer Experience both B2B and B2C.
Celia really enjoys embracing new ideas, approaches and ways of working, combined with an advanced understanding of IT enabling her to implement new processes and systems that widen the scope for efficiency and profitability within organisations.
Celia is a certified PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner, PMI Agile Practitioner (PMI-ACP), ASQ Certified Six Sigma Green Belt, ASQ Certified Manager of Quality and Excellence and continues to work on Six Sigma Lean methodologies and is always looking at new ways to advance.
