Tim Felix

A senior IT leader used to working at executive stake holder and board level with proven success in building high volume transactional web sites in the Travel and Leisure market.
He has over 15 years in developing customer centric eCommerce B2C and B2B solutions using emerging technologies and working in partnership with the Digital and Marketing teams to deliver new products and services.


His expertise includes identifying, defining and implementing successful re-designs of high volume sites based upon optimising the user experience in line with customer advocacy and usability. This has included leading brands such as Thomascook.com, Club 18-30, Scott Dunn, thetrainline.com and Allianz Retail Insurance.

Tim had a strong track record of delivering transitional portfolios to budget and time across a number of exacting commercial and operational scenarios. He was instrumental in delivering the TUI Sports programme of solutions for the 2012 Olympic hospitality and ticket selling solutions.

His roles have included many of the largest UK Travel companies including Thomas Cook, TUI Travel, Train Line, Virgin, Elegant Resorts, Gold Medal, Hotels4U and Scott Dunn.
